Helpful information for the event detail section would include the following: 

• Are your dates flexible?

• How many overnight guests do you expect?  Do you expect any guests for the day?

• Are you just interested in the main property sleeping up to 50 guests in 19 rooms, or would you like information on additional lodging accommodations to sleep up to 20 more guests in 7 extra rooms? Maybe you want your guests to spread out and each have their own room.  We have 26 rooms total with 23 full bathrooms.   We can sleep 70 guests for family reunions!

• Can your overnight guests double up or does each person need their own private room/bathroom? 

• Do any overnight guests have wheelchair-accessible needs?  We have two wheelchair- accessible rooms. 

• Do you need early or late access to the meeting room with tables and chairs for 50? You can rent the meeting room to come early or stay late after the regular 4 p.m. check-in and 10 a.m. check-out. 

• Will you cook your own food, or would you like information on the best local caterers?
